The BRIDGE Internship Programme has been initiated as part of BRAC’s commitment to develop the next generation of leaders in the development sector. The programme aims to bridge young talent with the opportunity to make their way into building a better world.
During the six-month journey, you will be part of projects that will take you across Bangladesh. You will have the unique opportunity to unlearn and learn from diverse teams working on some of the most urgent social challenges.

This is a six-month long internship. Students who are expected by their universities to submit their internship midway into the BRIDGE Internship Programme can apply but they will have to continue after submitting their completion report in order to complete the full, six-month long programme.
Fresh graduates and students currently in their last semester can apply for this internship.
Participants of BRIDGE Internship Programme will have a higher chance of getting a job at BRAC, as the top performers of this BRIDGE Internship Programme will be fast-tracked for the early career recruitment programmes.
The selected interns will be posted at BRAC’s head office in Dhaka but they might need to go on frequent visits to BRAC’s field offices across Bangladesh.
